Product Inspection Period
Our products are handmade and customized. According to the “Guidelines on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Cancel in Distance Selling,” they are not eligible for the standard 7-day inspection period.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal preferences. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide the following details:
Name
Order number
Contact number
Name of the product to be returned
Reason for return (with photos)

Return Guidelines
Returned items must be unused and free from any damage caused by human factors.
The 7-day inspection period is to confirm whether the product meets your needs—it is not a trial period.
Please keep the original packaging (including outer boxes) intact. Returns without full packaging will not be accepted.
Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
Requests made after the 7-day inspection period
Used items, or damage caused by misuse, such as stains, malfunctions, scratches, or wear and tear
Incomplete packaging, missing accessories, or missing invoices
Malicious or bulk returns
Return Process
Contact Customer Service → Confirm Eligibility → Prepare the Product & Invoice → Provide Pickup Time, Contact Info & Address → Our logistics partner will collect the item
Refund Policy
Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be issued back to the original credit card once the return is confirmed.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be transferred to the bank account you provide after confirmation.
Exchange Guidelines
Exchanged items must be unused and undamaged (non-human-related defects only).
Please retain all original packaging (including outer boxes), otherwise, exchanges will not be accepted.
Exchange Process
If you and our store agree to proceed with an exchange, please return the original order and place a new one. We will issue or collect any price differences as needed, along with the updated invoice. If there is no price difference, no further action will be taken.
