The products of Sekundär Designer Jewelry is not allowed to return, cancel or exchanged after you receive the product. Because all the products are made to order and consider to health/hygiene reasons, jewelry belongs to an intimate item, please understand that we want to make sure every customer will receive a completely new product, instead of receiving a return item from another customer.
The only exceptions for returning products are:
a.Damaged Product b. Incorrect Product
Regarding the two exceptions above, please contact us and return it within 14 days after the purchased goods have been received, we will take the responsibility of exchange and return post fee.
