The following terms and conditions shall apply for all contracts between the consumer and Sekundär Design Studio about ordered products and delivery in Sekundär online shop. A ‘consumer’ in the sense of the following regulations is every natural person that is not linked to their industrial or self-employed occupation (§ 13 BGB).

2 THE CONCLUSION OF CONTACT

The following rules apply to any order placed through www.sekundar.com, as well as our deliveries and services are governed exclusively by the General Terms and Conditions of Business stated below, as applicable at the time the order is placed. In the case of a contract formation, the contract will be between the customer and Sekundär Design Studio. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you cannot order or purchase products on this website.

You will receive a confirmation of the content of the contract and a copy of these Terms and Conditions by email. You have to ensure that the e-mail address that you have deposited with us is the correct one and that the receipt of the respective e-mails is guaranteed. In particular, you have to ensure that the respective e-mails are not blocked by a SPAM filter. This Contract may only be concluded in English.

 

 

2.PRICES & PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS

The shown prices are end prices which do not include shipping cost. The shipping costs can be found in the section “Shipping & Returns”. Unless otherwise stated, the prices do not include VAT according to § 19 UStG.

We accept the following means of payment:

3. DELIVERY / SHIPPING COSTS

The products are delivered within Germany, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the European Union by DHL. Please note that some of the items are made to order. Please allow enough time for handcraft production and shipping.

4.Return Policy

The products of Sekundär Designer Jewelry is not allowed to return, cancel or exchanged after you receive the product. Because all the products are made to order and consider to health/hygiene reasons, jewelry belongs to an intimate item, please understand that we want to make sure every customer will receive a completely new product, instead of receiving a return item from another customer.  

The only exceptions for returning products are:

 

a.DAMAGED PRODUCTS : 

If damage has occurred before you receive the products, please contact our customer service to arrange a replacement of the damaged pieces. If the products have been damaged during transit, please return the jewelry, we will exchange the damaged pieces and be responsible for the cost of return. Besides, we will offer 80% discount for apologies.

*Please note that the risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you after delivery. If the package appears to be damaged or ripped open, you should refuse to receive the products.

 

b. INCORRECT PRODUCTS: If we have delivered the incorrect products, please contact our customer service. We are responsible for the cost of return and exchange the product. If you keep the products and if the value of the products is less than the originally ordered products you will receive a discount for the difference in price.  Besides, we will offer 80% discount for apologies.

 

Regarding the above two exceptions, please return it within 14 days after the purchased goods have been received. If the package is not picked up and any kind off fee is added, you are responsible for the extra cost and will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return shipment.

 

 

5. CANCELLATION  

The products of Sekundär Designer Jewelry is not allowed to return, cancel or exchanged after you receive the product. Because all the products are made to order and consider to health/hygiene reasons, jewelry belongs to an intimate item, please understand that we want to make sure every customer will receive complete new product, instead of receiving a return item from another customer.

we reserve the right to cancel the contract of purchase in one of the following situations, without being liable for compensation or other costs:

• Your payment details are incorrect or cannot be verified

• Your order is placed with the purpose of committing fraud etc. or placed in connection with a criminal offense or other unlawful activities

• There is an inadvertent error on this website, such as a payment error

The content and work created by the operators of this website are subject to German copyright law. After the purchase, we are still the owner of all intellectual property rights, particularly design rights and copyrights, concerning our products. If you become aware of any copyright infringements, please contact us.
